Electric Radio is a dance music platform that uses social and smart technologies to break the boundaries of traditional FM and DAB radio broadcasting. Their mix of fresh non-stop house music provides grass-root talent from the UK and beyond the chance to schedule alongside some of the biggest names in dance music. We began working with Electric in 2020 and they are already seeing measurable growth in just a short period of time.
In early 2020, Electric underwent a major branding, strategy and technological revamp in partnership with Firebox Creative. Using the latest software, smart home devices, app integrations and high performance web design we came up with a series of solutions to grow and scale their listening audience without relying on traditional channels.
Using our expert industry experience we managed the introduction of on-air and social advertising for Electric in July 2020, whilst producing key strategy and service design to help grow their audience. They are on track to double their audience by September 2022 and their line-up is now arguably one of the biggest in UK commercial dance music radio featuring sets from the likes MK, Tiesto and Defected.
